Individual Sessions
Our individual sessions support young people to become more self-aware, strengthen their emotional self-regulation, and give them tools to understand and negotiate the hidden rules of life and social connections.
We connect with our young people through a range of activities including games, books, videos, practical, physical and sensory activities. We also work alongside parents/caregivers, who are important team members supporting their young person.
