Family Referrals
Anyone is able to refer to our service. We offer a ½ hr free initial interview to gain an understanding of your child and to explain which services would best suit them.
Professional Referrals
Anyone is able to refer to our service. We offer a ½ hr free initial interview to gain an understanding of the child and to explain which services would best suit them. Please choose an interview time and complete the referral form. If you are not able to attend an initial interview then please ring/email Alison in order to gain information so that the appropriate assessment is undertaken.

Tuesdays 2pm-3pm
Wednesdays 9am-11am
Fridays 12pm-1pm
To make an initial appointment, please:
1) complete and submit the parent/caregiver referral questionnaire or the professional referral questionnaire.2) please ensure you nominate two preferred dates and times on the form from the above options.
