Individual Therapy

  • Individual Sessions

    Our individual therapy sessions support students to become more self-aware, improve their emotional self-regulation, and give them the tools to understand and negotiate the ‘hidden rules’ of life and social relationships.

    We connect with students through a range of activities including roleplay, games, videos, physical and sensory activities. Parents and caregivers are kept up to date, encouraged to get involved in sessions, and education about how best to support their child in everyday situations.
    Through ongoing therapy our students get a better understanding of others and improved control over their own emotions.

    Individual sessions are provided for students who require extra support in:

    • Receptive and expressive language
    • Social communication skills
    • Self awareness and development of emotions
    • Sensory modulation
    • Anxiety and stress management
    • Self management/organisation. 

    Home Support

    We offer the following support at home:

    • Home visits
    • Daily living skills
    • Self management
    • Stress management.
     
  • Free initial interview available on:

    Tuesdays 2pm-3pm

    Wednesdays 9am-11am

    Fridays 12pm 1pm
